These terms cover your use of the runcrew.io website. Use of the RunCrew platform (app.runcrew.io) by customers is covered by a separate customer agreement, and pilot participants receive a written pilot agreement before starting.
Information on this site
We work to keep this site accurate, but it is general information about RunCrew, not advice or an offer. Examples of runs, crews and trucks shown on this site are illustrations, not real customer data. Features and pilot places can change.
Using the site
- Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, or scrape it at scale.
- When you send us a form, the details must be true and yours (or you must have permission to share them).
Intellectual property
The RunCrew name, logo, text and design on this site belong to RunCrew. You may link to the site, but not copy or reuse the brand without our written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
